Overview

Please read them carefully before using any part of the site. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access the website or use any of its services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. Medical disclaimer — please read this section
Sleepsound products are consumer comfort products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.
Snoring can be a symptom of obstructive sleep apnea, a serious medical condition that requires professional diagnosis and treatment. Our products are not a treatment for sleep apnea. If you snore loudly, gasp or choke during sleep, wake unrefreshed, or feel excessively sleepy during the day, consult a licensed physician or dentist before using this or any oral appliance.
Do not use our oral products if any of the following apply to you, unless a licensed dentist or physician has specifically advised otherwise:
• You have loose teeth, advanced gum disease, or significant tooth decay
• You wear full or partial dentures, or have crowns, bridgework, or implants that could be loosened
• You have been diagnosed with a temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder
• You have central sleep apnea, or a respiratory condition that affects breathing during sleep
• You are under 18 years of age
Discontinue use and seek professional advice if you experience jaw pain, tooth movement or soreness, gum irritation, bite changes, persistent excessive salivation, or any other discomfort.
You use our products at your own risk. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or creates a doctor-patient relationship.

2. Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction in the course of using the Service.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed. Such a determination does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
