What to include
To get an answer in one reply rather than three, include your order number and, if something arrived damaged, a photograph of the item and the packaging.

Before you email about a delivery
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan after you receive your shipping confirmation. If it has been longer than that, or tracking has not moved in 7 business days, write to us and we will open a carrier inquiry.

We can answer questions about fit, materials, sizing, and care. We cannot give medical advice. If you have a health condition, dental work, or symptoms that might be sleep apnea, speak with a licensed physician or dentist before using an oral appliance.
